• I pride myself on having the ability to engage and maintain excellent working relationships including with large trade unions and highly regarded employment law firms.

• As well as providing effective coaching to individuals at all levels and abilities through every each stage of the recruitment process, resulting in them building confidence and being offered jobs, I provide bespoke practical HR advice, guidance and assistance to enable organisations and individuals to enhance performance and improve outcomes.

• Together with my negotiating and consultation successes throughout organisations over the years, the Cosca Certificate in Counselling has enabled me to have a wider empathetic understanding and approach to communications, including providing effective 1-2-1 support and supervision to individuals.

• As a Director of a community interest company, I play an active role in the local community of Ayr, empowering people to build capacity and supporting organisations to boost resilience and become more sustainable.
